Ladonna
CYT-200 Yoga Instructor | Movement Artist | SEL*F Facilitator
Blending years of dance with a love for intentional movement, Ladonna invites you to sink into sensation, to move like water—guided by breath, fueled by rhythm, and open to the release that only embodied expression can offer.
Her vibrant morning Yoga Dance Flow classes awaken the body and spirit with upbeat music and creative sequencing, encouraging students to step into the day with clarity and joy. As the sun sets, her Candlelit Hatha sessions offer a softer rhythm—inviting deep rest, presence, and the quiet strength of slowing down.
Occasionally, she also leads Ecstatic Dance events, holding space for free-form expression and emotional release through music and movement. Whether you’re arriving to energize or to exhale, Ladonna meets you where you are—with warmth, grace, and grounded intention.
Her mission is simple: to create space for harmony and explore the beauty within chaos.

I’ve always been passionate about wellbeing and the mind-body connection and an injury led me to discover Pilates, a love that continues to grow thanks to its mindful movement approach, the challenges it presents, and the endless opportunities it offers for physical and mental improvement through practice.
I completed my Reformer and Mat Pilates certification through Breathe Education, an evidence-based approach to Pilates, in Australia and my yoga teacher training in India, where I gained qualifications in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Aerial yoga.
In my classes, you can look forward to a vibrant and supportive environment that seamlessly combines Pilates, yoga, and sport psychology principles, all set to energizing music, where you’ll be challenged physically and mentally through technique, resistance, repetition, confidence, and movement that encourages personal growth.
I’m a dedicated personal trainer and Pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey has been fueled by a profound passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various disciplines, including corrective exercise, which allows me to tailor fitness programs to address and mitigate specific injuries or physical limitations. This knowledge not only enhances my ability to support my clients but also ensures that they can engage in physical activities safely and effectively.
Before embarking on my career as a personal trainer, I had the honor of being an NCAA Collegiate All-American in track and field. This experience not only deepened my understanding of athletic performance but also ignited my desire to inspire others to reach their fullest potential.
Inspired by my competitive background, I have taken on the role of coaching youth track athletes, where I have the opportunity to instill discipline, resilience, and a love for fitness in the next generation.
In my training sessions, I prioritize creating a positive and motivational environment. I believe that fitness is not just about physical appearance; it’s about mental empowerment and emotional well-being. Each client is unique, and I take the time to understand their individual goals, aspirations, and challenges. Whether someone is looking to lose weight, enhance their athletic performance, rehabilitate an injury, or simply feel more confident in their body, I am committed to guiding them every step of the way.
Pilates transformed my life, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same. With specialized training from Balanced Body, I guide my clients toward achieving strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to their bodies.
My approach is rooted in creating an inclusive and supportive space where individuals of all abilities feel empowered and motivated to reach their goals. I love incorporating tailored movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into each session, making every class a unique journey for the mind and body. Seeing my clients grow stronger and more confident is what inspires me every day.

Halle discovered a love for yoga and mindful movement many years ago, following a period of grief and the stress of her career as a school social worker. Through her yoga practice, she learned that movement can be a powerful form of medicine, helping us process and release emotions, stress, and tension. In 2021, Halle earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness, and Social Emotional Learning certification through Breathe for Change. In June 2024, she completed her Yoga Sculpt certification and, most recently, finished an Advanced Teacher program in January 2025. Halle views her classes as moving meditation, where students can expect to focus on their breath, receive encouragement to listen to their bodies, and feel empowered to modify or adjust postures to suit their individual needs. Her classes are welcoming and accessible to all and are infused with a variety of music that inspires and lights her up!
Camilla recommitted to her yoga practice looking for a way to build present-moment awareness while moving her body. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Zen Yoga Garage in 2024.

I found yoga and Pilates through my background and connections in dance! I was looking for a way to dual train for my dancing and happened to fall in love with the practice. I got my 200 hr Yoga Alliance certification, 50 hr Sculpt certification, and Strength training certification through Core Power Yoga! I now teach Vinaysa Yoga and Yoga Sculpt classes at Core Power and Yoga Box! I'm currently getting my Pilates certification through Polestar Pilates and I am very excited to begin my teaching journey in Pilates too! I teach so I can offer people a time in their day where all they need to think about is themselves. A work day can be filled with stress and negativity, so I make my classes the opposite. The opportunity to have fun while also doing something great for your mind and body. My classes come from strength, power, and movement. I like to give my students moments to find awareness in their bodies so they can understand how their muscles are working in each movement/ exercise by giving them moments of pause and repetition!
Yoga snuck into my life as an addition to my "exercise" routine and became a tool for self-study.
I completed 200-Hour in Boston with New School of Yogic Arts out of Boston Yoga Union (FKA Coolidge Corner Yoga). Training focused on Vinyasa.
You can expect a challenging flow with longer holds focused on strength and alignment.
I fell in love with yoga and mindful practices after recovering from a surgery in 2017. Yoga helped me heal as well become more aware of holistic health. I received my 200hr RYT certification through the Yoga Alliance in August of 2019 and have been learning and growing ever since. In my class, you can expect moments of silliness and focuses on meditative practices. I hope you leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
